How do I legalize my learning tracks?
Obtaining the required mechanical licensing fees are the responsibility of you, the customer. By commissioning a new learning track, or purchasing tracks from my existing library, you agree to the responsibility of paying mechanical licensing fees for the copies that you make. You can pay mechanical licensing fees for most songs by visiting the Harry Fox agency website (www.harryfox.com). The current cost is 9.1 cents per copy and you must pay for a minimum of 25 copies ($2.28/song). The arranger owns the copyright on any public domain song (written before 1923) and must be paid directly. Mechanical licenses are affordable and should be taken seriously. Please make your learning tracks legal!
